Ingredients

1 oz White Rum
1/2 oz Peach Liqueur
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz Honey Syrup
1 oz Pineapple Juice
8 leaves Fresh Mint

Method

Add all ingredients to a blender with a cup of crushed ice. Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into a hurricane glass. Garnish with a mint sprig and pineapple frond.
