Four fresh juices sharpened with raspberry syrup — a fruit-forward mocktail with enough citrus acidity to keep it from being cloying. Served over crushed ice.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 3/4 oz Raspberry Syrup

Method

Combine all juices and raspberry syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a highball filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
